At Vedaspire, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic, wellness, cosmetic, personal care, and nutritional products. Due to the hygienic, consumable, and personal-use nature of our products, all products sold on Vedaspire are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

1. Non-Returnable Products
Unless covered under Section 2 below, all products sold by Vedaspire are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund request may be considered only if:

The product was received damaged during transit.

The product was leaking upon delivery.

An incorrect product was delivered.

The product received is expired.

The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

The product has a verified quality issue.
All claims are subject to review and approval by Vedaspire.
3. Return Window
Customers must report any eligible issue within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days from the recorded delivery date may not be accepted.

4. Information Required for Claims
To help us verify your claim, please provide:

Vedaspire may request additional information or evidence before approving any claim.
5. Conditions for Approval
Claims may be rejected if:

The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.

The product was damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery.

The claim is raised after the reporting window.

Adequate proof of damage or defect is not provided.

The claim is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or abusive.
6. Personal Preference and Product Results
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted for:

Taste, smell, fragrance, texture, or color preferences

Individual allergic reactions or sensitivities

Delayed or unsatisfactory results

Personal expectations regarding product performance
Results may vary from person to person based on age, lifestyle, diet, medical condition, consistency of use, skin type, hair type, and other individual factors.
7. Replacement and Refund Process
Upon approval of a claim, Vedaspire may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following:

Refund to the original payment method
The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the nature of the claim and product availability.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.
8. Return Shipping
Products should not be returned without prior written authorization from Vedaspire.
If a return is approved, Vedaspire will provide return instructions.
Any product returned without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Vedaspire reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
