Shipping Policy

At Vedaspire, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across India.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high order volumes, launches, sales, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, processing timelines may be extended.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations Across India: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, remote locations, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Vedaspire shall not be held liable for courier-related delivery delays once the order has been dispatched.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values as displayed on the website.

Vedaspire reserves the right to modify shipping charges or free shipping eligibility without prior notice.


5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including full address, phone number, and pin code.

Vedaspire shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping or re-delivery charges, if applicable, may need to be borne by the customer.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the order, or non-contactability, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds, if considered, may be adjusted against shipping and handling charges.


Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the hygienic, consumable, and personal-use nature of our wellness, Ayurvedic, cosmetic, food, and personal care products, all products are generally non-returnable once delivered.

This includes:

  • Powders and supplements

  • Oils and liquid formulations

  • Creams, gels, and personal care products

  • Food and consumable items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products


2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund request may only be considered if:

  • The product was received damaged or leaked

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Expired product was received

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue

All requests are subject to verification and approval by the Vedaspire support team.


3. Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

4. Proof Required for Claims

To process a claim, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the outer package and product

  • Batch details and expiry date, where applicable

  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Vedaspire reserves the right to request additional details for claim verification.


5. Non-Eligible Return or Refund Reasons

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste, fragrance, texture, or color preference

  • Delayed or subjective product results

  • Individual allergic or sensitivity reactions

  • Improper use or storage after delivery

Individual results may vary from person to person.


6. Refund & Replacement Resolution

If a claim is approved, Vedaspire may offer:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer must contact both the courier partner and Vedaspire support within 48 hours of the delivery update.

Vedaspire will reasonably assist in investigating the issue with the courier partner; however, final resolution may depend on courier verification and policies.


8. Right to Refuse Claims

Vedaspire reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund requests in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraudulent claims

  • Repeated refund abuse

  • Missing proof or verification details

  • Policy violations
